NOTE: ALL WIGS ARE CUSTOM MADE, NOT PREMADE. EACH WIG PROCESSING TIME IS 4 WEEKS MAX. ENSURE TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT LENGTH AND WIG CAP SIZE FOR YOUR WIGS.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The WigPlug specializes in premium-quality wigs, hair extensions, and related accessories.
Our products are designed to cater to Black American women, offering luxury, trendy, and everyday wearable wigs.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 16 years old to make a purchase.
By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.
COLORING: DUE TO DIFFERENT DEVICE DISPLAY, THERE MIGHT BE SLIGHT COLOR VARIATIONS. HOWEVER, WE'D GET THE COLOR TO MATCH AS CLOSELY AS POSSIBLE.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All orders are subject to availability.
Payments must be made through approved payment gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, or credit/debit cards.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen issues.
Shipping

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to hygiene reasons, wigs and hair extensions are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.
If in any case, a return is approved, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days.
POST DELIVERY: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom wig orders are tailored to individual specifications and require full payment upfront.
Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
The processing time for custom wigs is typically 4 weeks max, excluding shipping time.
PRODUCT CARE & LIABILITY
Customers are responsible for proper maintenance of their wigs and extensions.
The WigPlug provides care instructions, but we are not liable for damage due to improper handling.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including product images, descriptions, and branding, belongs to The WigPlug.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The WigPlug is not responsible for allergic reactions, scalp sensitivities, or improper product use.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our products.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the state of California, and the United States.
Customers agree to resolve disputes through negotiation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
IN THE CASE OF A SUSPECTED FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DEMAND FOR A VALID ID AND A PROOF OF PAYMENT. IF CAUGHT,THE CUSTOMER WILL BE SUBJECT TO PROSECUTION SHOULD THE COMPANY LOSE FUNDS AND/OR PRODUCTS. CUSTOMER WILL BE CONTACTED VIA SHIPPING ADDRESS
