Submission of Requests

• Submit your custom wig request via our website or designated email, detailing your preferred wig style, specifications, and any special instructions.

Pricing and Confirmation

• Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a detailed quote and shipping instructions via email.
• Please note that all pricing is subject to the complexity of your custom request.

Bundle Shipment

• Customers must ship their bundles within 3 days of receiving our email confirmation.
• Failure to do so within the stated timeframe may result in cancellation of the order.

Processing Time

• Once your bundles are received, please allow 10–14 business days for the creation of your custom wig.
• Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Shipping

• Completed wigs will be shipped to the address provided during your request.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping details.

Refunds and Exchanges

• Due to the bespoke nature of our custom wigs, all sales are final once production begins.
• Refunds or exchanges are not offered for custom orders unless there is an error on our part

Bundle Requirements

• All bundles provided must be clean, untangled, and free of any product build-up.
• Additional Fee: Bundles that arrive dirty, tangled, or require extra preparation will incur an additional cleaning and detangling fee of $25.
• We reserve the right to reject bundles that are excessively damaged or unfit for wig-making.

Communication

• All updates and communications will be handled via email. Please ensure that our emails are not blocked or sent to spam to avoid delays.

Ownership Rights

• Customers retain ownership of any bundles they provide; however, all wigs produced by The Wig Plug are subject to our craftsmanship standards and guidelines.
