Welcome to The WigPlug Dropshipping Program! By signing up for our dropshipping services, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.
Eligibility & Registration
- Open to businesses and individuals 18+ years old.
- A $250 non-refundable subscription fee is required every 6 months.
- Members get 5% off each order and free DHL packaging.
- Custom packaging is available but attracts extra fees per batch.
Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed within 15 business days after payment.
- Shipping is handled via DHL with tracking provided.
- Delivery times vary based on location.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details; reshipping fees apply for incorrect addresses.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
- Refunds are not available for subscription fees.
- If a product is defective, report it within 48 hours with photo and video proof.
Cancellation & Termination
- You may cancel anytime, but no refunds are provided.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts for false information, fraud, or policy violations.
